Thai New Year at BAngkok Thai in Midtown Atlanta

Celebrate Thai New Year (Songkran) at Bangkok Thai—Atlanta’s first Thai restaurant since 1977. Songkran marks a fresh start, a time to wash away the past year and step into what’s ahead, brought to life through Thailand’s iconic street water festival.

From Monday April 13 through Sunday, April 19, we’re bringing the same refreshing energy to Midtown Atlanta with two limited-time, Songkran-inspired cocktails.

Tom Yum Cocktail: Muddled ginger, chili, and lemongrass with infused vodka (ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime), coconut rum, sweet and sour mix, topped with soda.

Piña Picante: Smirnoff spicy tamarind, triple sec, fresh pineapple juice, Tajín rim, pineapple garnish.

Join us as we celebrate Thai New Year through vibrant Thai flavors and the spirit of Songkran at Atlanta’s original Thai restaurant.
